Make traveling easier.

Thanks to the electronic ticket, you no longer run the risk of losing or forgetting your ticket! Any modifications you wish to make to the flight or departure date can be done remotely online or with just one call, subject to your fare tariff conditions.

Simple, practical, fast…

  • You can make your reservation on-line (or by contacting an Air France call center, or via your travel agency). Once you have paid for your trip, your ticket is created in an Air France database.

  • You then receive a trip summary by e-mail or fax that includes all the necessary information about your trip, along with some mandatory legal provisions.

  • You can obtain your boarding card via Internet, a Self-Service Kiosk or a check-in counter. You no longer need to go to the sales desk upon arrival at the airport.

  • New: Electronic tickets are gradually being introduced for passengers traveling with a baby on Air France flights to certain destinations.
  • Some passengers cannot take advantage of electronic tickets. This includes passengers who:
    - need special assistance at the airport
    - exceed the baggage allowance permitted on their flight.

  • If you wish, you can provide a document reference (Flying Blue card, credit card, passport number, driving license or ID card) when making your reservation. This reference, known as an identifier, allows you to obtain your boarding pass more rapidly.
