You can reserve your Reward ticket up to 2 days before your departure date.

Rewards are available on all flights operated by Air France.

How to reserve your Reward ticket

Use the search engine provided in your secure, dedicated online space. You will automatically obtain the overall cost of the trip you wish to make in VoyageurREWARDS^TM Points (price includes all taxes, surcharges and service charges).

To request an Upgrade Reward, you must first of all make a reservation on Air France only:

• in Tempo (classes Y, B and K) for an upgrade to l'Espace Affaires - Business Class (classes J, C, D),
• in l'Espace Affaires (classes J, C, D) for an upgrade to l'Espace Première - First Class (classes P, F).

You must then send us your request via the form available in your dedicated online space. We will contact you to confirm the value of your upgrade in VoyageurREWARDS^TM Points.

*If your booking classes are not eligible for an upgrade (all classes except K, B, Y, D, J, C), before making your upgrade request, you will need to contact your Travel Agency or the Air France Sales and Service Center at 1 800 667 2747, in order to pay the fare difference between your present booking class and the upgrade eligible class on the relevant flight.

Additional baggage allowance Rewards are only available on trips departing from and to Canada. Depending on your situation, they may be applied to:

• the outbound trip only,
• the return trip only,
• the full round trip.

On flights departing from Canada, the baggage allowance is calculated using the Piece concept, according to the number of items, depending on your class of travel. The value of the Reward is calculated based on the trip you make.

Reminder: the Piece concept authorizes two baggage items of a maximum of 23 kg each, for a Tempo cabin trip and a maximum of 32 kg each for a trip in l'Espace Affaires (Business class) or l'Espace Première (First Class). The dimensions of each baggage must not exceed 158 cm (62 inches) in height + length + width.

How to reserve your additional baggage allowance Reward
Complete the application form available in your dedicated online space.

• Enter your reservation booking reference so that we can determine your baggage allowance
• Indicate the number and weight of additional baggage ''number of additional kilos'' part (to be paid for in Reward points).

We will contact you to confirm your flight route and additional baggage, in order to determine the value of your Reward.
