Modifying a Reward Ticket
• Modification allowed before departure only
• No refund in case of cancellation
• Whenever a fare can be modified, penalty point deductions will apply depending on the booking class (please see chart below).
• Furthermore, whenever a fare is eligible to modifications, it will be recalculated. The difference between the initial and new fare will be paid in points.
• All requests to change Awards must be addressed to the VoyageurRewards Department at: mail.vr.canada@airfrance.fr no later than 72 hours prior to departure (excluding non business days).
