Ask for your Miles account to be brought up to date
If the Miles you have earned do not appear on your Miles account in the 2 weeks following your trip, your night’s accommodation at the hotel, car rental, etc., we offer to credit your missing Miles to your account.
If the Miles you have earned with Air France, KLM, and KLM cityhopper do not appear on your account, you can ask for your account to be updated online in the 6 months following your flight.
 
If the Miles you have earned with airline or non-airline partners do not appear on your account, simply fill in the attached form and send it back in the 6 months following the date you used the service.
