• If the Widget by Air France Client appears in the list, make sure that it is checked
• Click the OK button to save the changes

• From the Windows [Start] button, choose "Control Panel" (or "Settings > Control Panel if using the "Classic Start Menu").
• Click the icon named "Security Center".
• In the resulting window, click the "Windows Firewall" link.
• The Windows Firewall settings panel will appear. From here choose the "Exceptions" tab.
• Click on the "Add Program..."
• In the given list, find the Widget by Air France application, highlight it and click "OK"

Ok once again and close the Security Center and close Control Panel.

There are 2 possible reasons:

Windows just hide it. To retrieve it, simply click the "<<" button in the system tray.

OR

Explorer.exe has crashed and then did not correctly restored the icons. Be aware that Keep-in-Touch is still running. To retrieve the icon, try to run Explorer again using your Task Manager.You can access the Task Manager by holding down "CTRL + ALT + DEL".
