Please check if your ticket has been issued by Air France ticketing office : the ticket number begins with 057. Air France logo appears in the upper left-hand corner of the paper ticket under the mention "issuing carrier". For Electronic Ticket Itinerary Receipt, it appears in the upper right-hand corner. If your ticket is purchased through a travel agent in Hong Kong or through our general sales agent in Macau, please contact them directly for any refund application.

Refund applications
We remind you that only original documents of paper ticket or electronic ticket itinerary receipt will be handled (photocopies or faxes copies will not be accepted). We suggest that you retain photocopies of your original tickets for records purpose.
For all refund applications, please copy and paste the details below and they must be completed and presented together with the unused ticket to our office for refund consideration. In general, any refundable amount will be made to the original payer of the air passage concerned. Full detail of the identity of the original payer and the original form of payment of the passage must be made available to our city ticket office for any refund application.

If your ticket is refundable, please submit all original flight coupons together with the passenger receipt coupon to Air France original issuing agency.
Lost Ticket
in order to apply for a refund on the basis of a lost ticket issued by Air France ticketing office, please submit the following documents:
- the signed original of the "lost ticket declaration form " and a police "official lost declaration" memo are to be submitted. "Lost ticket declaration form" may be obtained from any Air France ticket office.

Downgrade
For downgrade fares adjustments, please contact us( or your original issuing agent )with your original passenger ticket receipt and the original boarding card for the flight in question.
Denied Boarding Compensation
If you were denied boarding on an Air France flight and given a voucher as compensation, please contact us with the original coupon marked "coupon exchange".
