E-tickets are rapidly becoming the industry standard and are now available to most destinations served by Air France and our partners.
E-ticket holders may use online "manage my booking" functionality for any ticket change, in addition to other distribution channels (issuing travel agent, Air France agencies or Air France call center).
E-ticket holders may use Internet check-in in addition to all other Air France check-in options (telephone, self-service machine, airport desk).

- Upgrade with Miles (both from Economy to Business class, and from Business to First class)
- Customers who purchased their tickets through Kenya Airways direct sales channels
- Infant Fares
- Fee applicable for online changes only, for eligible tickets only.
- Online changes payable by credit card only.
- Fee is applicable for voluntary refund of fully unused tickets issued locally.
- Refund process can only be handled from the original issuing office.
- Above fees are applicable to all customers.
- Payments of fees can be settled by cash or international credit cards in agencies, by credit card only via internet.
- All the charges or re-issuance/rerouting are not refundable.
- Fees are received in local currency in agencies, and in Euro via internet.
