You must:

1. You must already be a Flying Blue member or agree to become one by joining the Flying Blue Petroleum program.

2. You must be employed by an oil, oil-related or gas company listed by AIR FRANCE and KLM.

3. You must make at least one round-trip to one of the AIR FRANCE and/or KLM long-haul oil destinations or two round-trip on an AIR FRANCE and/or KLM short or medium-haul oil route.

To become a Flying Blue Petroleum member you must already be a member of Flying Blue.

• If you are not yet a member, you can join now. As soon as you are registered, a Flying Blue Petroleum membership will be offered to you.
• If you are already a Flying Blue member, all you need to do is fill in the membership application form below. If your request meets the required conditions, your membership card will be sent to you as soon as possible.

The Flying Blue Petroleum Card serves to identify you to AIR FRANCE and KLM services and allows you to take advantage of Flying Blue Petroleum services and benefits.
In addition to these unique services, you benefit from numerous Flying Blue Card advantages. You earn and accrue Miles every time you fly with AIR FRANCE, KLM or any other SkyTeam member airline. Depending on your frequent flyer status, you also benefit from special services, such as a direct, 24/7 reservations line, priority baggage claim and much more.

If you are already a Flying Blue Petroleum member, you can sponsor a co-worker and earn 5,000 Miles.

You will both receive a bonus of 5,000 Miles when your sponsored party makes their first round-trip or their first two one-way flights. The offer extends to 31 March 2011, and is valid on AIR FRANCE and KLM's oil and gas routes in the following classes:

- Air France L'Espace Première / First Class or L'Espace Affaires / Business Class or
- KLM Business.
