Air France makes traveling easier by giving you access to a range of services and information via your mobile phone* – 24/7 – by connecting to http://mobile.airfrance.com.

  • Your flight check in
    Check in via mobile Internet from your cell phone
  • News about current flights
    Check your flight time in real time.
    Has a delay been announced? Adjust your schedule to arrive at the airport accordingly, going straight to the right departure terminal!
  • Flight times
    Are you caught in a meeting that is running on, or has it been cancelled? You can consult the Air France timetables at all times to find a flight that fits your new availability.
  • Your reservation
    Access a summary of your reservation: dates and flight numbers booked, times, arrival and departure terminals, and so on.
  • Your Flying Blue account
    Check that your account is up-to-date by consulting your Miles balance or your recent transactions.

  • Your connection route at Paris-Charles de Gaulle
    Discover how to travel between terminals at Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport to catch your connecting flight.

How do I connect?

Regardless of your mobile operator, be it French or foreign (depending on the roaming agreement), you can access our services by typing http://mobile.airfrance.com into your mobile phone's Internet browser*.


If you are subscribed to a French operator, you can access our services thanks to:

  • i-mode (Bouygues Telecom)
  • Gallery (www.gallery.fr), the mobile Internet search engine, used by Bouygues Telecom, Orange and SFR

Next, select the service required from the menu (times, reservations, contacts, etc.) and follow the instructions!

* Mobile Internet services can be accessed from mobile phones that are mobile Internet-compatible, regardless of your operator, in France and abroad.
Those services, including mobile check in, are optimised for mobile phones. Some personal assistants are incompatible with those services.


Air France offers this service free-of-charge. You only pay the connection fee, according to your operator and your method of mobile Internet subscription (consult your operator for more information).
